Welcome to Sawtooth Transportation.  We provide ground transportation services all year to and from a variety of areas including Boise, Stanley, Salmon, McCall, Sun Valley, Twin Falls, and points between.  During the rafting season, we concentrate on our friends and future friends who are taking advantage of some of the best whitewater in the United States on the Salmon River, Snake River, and Payette River.

Sawtooth Transportation provides a vehicle shuttle service for those who are rafting the Main or Middle Fork of the Salmon River as well as the Main and South Fork of the Payette River and the Snake River in Hells Canyon.  If you want to travel as a group, we can provide your transportation, by van and trailer, to your river put-in and from your take-out.  Not only is it less expensive than riding in a bus for your put-in and take-out, in most cases it is less expensive than doing a multi-car shuttle.  Contact us for more information and a rate comparison.

We also provide shuttle service for hikers in the central Idaho mountains. We will transport you to and from the trailhead or we will shuttle your vehicle between trailheads.  Will you have a rental car that needs to be returned?  We can return the vehicle for you.  We even do supply runs and miscellaneous deliveries.

We offer other van charters as well.  We provide airport and hotel transportation in Boise, Stanley, Twin Falls, Sun Valley/Ketchum/Hailey, Salmon, Challis, and McCall.  For those looking for gambling fun, we offer van service to Jackpot, NV on weekends.  Additionally, for guests of the Thunder Mountain Line tour train, we can bring you to the train from anywhere in the Treasure Valley.  Please call us for our rates and availability.
